Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tooling Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the building of tools and dies. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Laminating tools and dies
- Framing dies
- Fabricate custom parts and components using a variety of techniques and materials.
- Repair and inspect Fiberglass molds as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors in product development, troubleshooting and correcting problems by altering dimensions to meet specific needs.
- Experience with various hand tools, including air tools and powered saws
- Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Process all necessary documentation and comply with quality, safety and sanitation regulations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in welding such as tack-weld and mig welding.
- Knowledge of Metallurgy, Geometry and Welding Techniques.
- Good reading, writing, communication and organization skills
