The Steel Detailer role is based out of our Canton, MI office and is a full?time, on?site position. Job Responsibilities:

Setting and maintaining client preferences and drawing standards Should be able to generate shop and assembly drawings using Tekla /SDS2 software for the fabrication of various steel structure Experience in Structural and Miscellaneous Steel modeling and checking against contract drawings Should have exposure to client interaction and coordination Should have knowledge about handling RFI's internal and client/contractor

Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge of AISC, NISD, IBC, CISC and OSHA standards of structural steel detailing Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle teams. Good communication with fluency in English and documentation skills. Knowledge of Revit/Advance Steel/Bluebeam added advantage
