Job Description
Our client, an aerospace and defense manufacturer in Sterling Heights, is seeking a metal fabricating technician to join their team. As a metal fabricating technician, you will be part of the assembly team supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently, a strong work ethic, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

$18/hr- 22/hr
Shift:
1st shift: 5am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts 2nd shift: 2pm-12:30am Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts Saturday is mandatory overtime typically 6-8 hours What's the Job? lay out, cut, measure and inspect part dimensions to blueprints, internal drawings or written instructions using gauges setting up fabricating machines including break press, metal muncher, rolling machine. etc using gauge tools such as height gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc...
