Position Overview The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical role in supporting daily pharmacy operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and healthcare partners. This position involves patient communication, prescription processing, coordination with providers, and assisting with pharmacy workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a professional healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the pharmacy team Process and enter prescriptions accurately into the pharmacy system Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist patients and providers Contact patients regarding prescription refills, order updates, or payment needs Assist patients with questions regarding prescriptions and pharmacy services Coordinate with providers to verify prescription information when needed Support pharmacy workflow including prescription filling, checkout, and shipping Assist with inventory management and restocking Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment Required Qualifications Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License At least 1 year of pharmacy experience (patient-facing experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent Clean criminal record with no felonies What We Offer Competitive compensation with sign-on bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee discounts Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends A positive, team-focused environment Opportunities for professional growth as the pharmacy expands Please do not call the pharmacy directly regarding applications.
