Job Description

Mid-Land Enterprises is seeking Skilled Metal Building Erectors to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This position is a full-time, hourly position with great benefits!
This position will:
Work hand-in-hand with our Foreman and Leads to erect metal buildings. Work with structural steel and/or existing buildings to upgrade internal and external components. Install metal sheeting on walls and roof, trim metal around openings, rolled insulation, and large beams. Cut materials with hand and power tools. Lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Operate machinery, such as forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, telehandlers, and boom lifts.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in metal building erection. Common understanding of standing seam/screw down roofs, Simple Saver, pre- engineered metal buildings and structural steel. Ability to work on sheeting, roofing, and in the fabrication environment. Familiar with blueprints. Have professional, effective verbal communication skills.
