$20 - $26 We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit. Responsibilities + Assist sheet metal installers + Flashing and panel support + Material staging and handling + Ladders and barricade setup + Load and unload materials + Hand and power tool use + Jobsite cleanup and safety + Lift spotting and setup + Measure, cut, fasten metal + Follow leadman direction Requirements + Construction labor experience + OSHA 10 preferred + Background check + Drug screen + Willingness to learn Benefits + Weekly pay + Direct deposit + Health insurance + Dental and vision coverage + 401k + Paid time off + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on craftsmanship + Tool purchase program + PPE reimbursement program + Paid OSHA training + Long term work + ID theft protection Certifications (Preferred) + OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain). + Ability to become certified for lifts/aerial equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements + Ability to lift/carry materials (often 50 lbs+ with assistance as required). + Ability to work at heights, climb ladders/scaffolding, and work in varying weather conditions. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in extended positions for the duration of the shift.
