About the Role We are seeking a skilled Precision Metal Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in tungsten inert gas welding to create high-quality structural components, ensuring that every weld meets rigorous safety and durability standards. Responsibilities Interpret complex technical blueprints and schematics to determine precise project requirements and assembly sequences. Prepare metal components by measuring and aligning parts with high-precision tools to ensure exact fitment. Execute high-quality welds using manual and semi-automatic TIG equipment to produce durable, clean joints. Perform comprehensive structural inspections and surface testing to identify and rectify any potential defects. Maintain a highly organized workspace to optimize production flow and uphold safety compliance. Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of professional hands-on welding experience. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and tape measures. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control protocols. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating industrial grinders and drills. Familiarity with plasma table operation and metal cutting processes. Experience working with various metal alloys in a manufacturing environment.
