Job Description

Propeller Technician Work on custom high-performance propellers built for some of the fastest boats in the world— Hering Propellers is looking for someone to put the final touches on our propellers. This is hands-on work using TIG welding, air grinders, and polishing tools. You'll be working on one-off parts, not assembly line production. What you'll be doing TIG welding (experience is preferred but not required) Grinding and blending welds Polishing and finishing parts Using hand tools and air tools Checking your work with calipers and basic measuring tools What we're looking for Welding experience Comfortable with air grinders or similar tools Pays attention to detail Shows up, works hard, and is willing to learn Easy to work with and takes direction well About the job Full-time Steady work Small team environment Mix of welding and hands-on finishing work
