Responsibilities:

Weld and fit structural steel components Read and interpret blueprints and measurements Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met Work collaboratively in a productive team environment

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training available) Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication preferred Welding certification a plus (not required, we can help you earn it)
