In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying fiberglass materials to create high-quality composite products. Duties Interpret production drawings and perform quality control checks to ensure mold setup dimensions meet specifications Prepare fiberglass materials properly and adjust chop gun settings as needed Apply fiberglass chop in accordance with company standards and procedures Roll and laminate parts to ensure proper bonding and structural integrity Safely operate all required tools, equipment, and machinery Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area Demonstrate proficiency with basic hand and power tools Successfully pass a forklift operator test and safely operate a forklift Maintain reliable attendance, arriving on time and working full scheduled shifts Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Paid Time Off 2 weeks of vacation during years 1-4 3 weeks of vacation after year 4 Paid company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's 3 paid personal days per year Bereavement leave available Comprehensive Benefits Package Company-paid health, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance Additional voluntary insurance options available Retirement plan with significant company contributions Additional Perks Company pays 50% of employee uniform costs Annual bonus program $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment Company Overview Established in 1995, Shelter Works is a leading manufacturer of fiberglass products for the wastewater industry.
