- + •$ 1,000 after completion of ninety (90) days of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)•+ •$ 1,500 after completion of six (6) months of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)•+ •$ 2,500 after completion of one (1) year of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)•
