Experienced Welder (FCAW Required) Company Overview We are a growing miscellaneous steel fabricator specializing in custom structural and ornamental metalwork for commercial and industrial projects. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder with strong Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) & GMAW solid wire experience to join our shop team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing clean, structurally sound welds in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Key Responsibilities Perform

FCAW & GMAW

welding on structural and miscellaneous steel components Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols Fit, tack, and weld assemblies according to specifications Ensure weld quality meets industry standards and internal requirements Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, forklifts, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with fitters, fabricators, and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Proven experience with FCAW welding (required) Proven experience with GMAW welding (required) Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Experience in a steel fabrication shop preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred (Not Required) Certifications (AWS or similar) Experience with miscellaneous metals (stairs, railings, embeds, etc.) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health benefits and retirement options Stable, full-time work How to Apply Submit your resume and/or a brief summary of your welding experience.
