KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Must have excellent communication skills. A need to win and an aggressive spirit. Have a positive can-do attitude Have the ability to think quickly and problem solve. Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Able to read a tape measure Proficient in 9th grade math level. Physically fit and able to lift up to 100 lbs. Welding and metal working experience. Must be self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to details Able to work well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate the Seegars Fence Company Core Values daily. Must maintain First Aid, CPR certifications and others required for equipment operation. Process fabrication orders daily to meet the needs of the branch offices and delivery schedule. Maintain all steel shop equipment to insure proper and safe operation. Insures that the Seegars Fence steel shop policies for safety and quality control are strictly adhered to. Meets monthly, quarterly and annual production goals. Produces daily, weekly & monthly activity reports as required. Utilizes and completes all paperwork as required. Constantly observes the various processes and seeks improvement in both safety and efficiency Arrives to work and ready to start at 6:30am.
