Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication and machining, is seeking a dedicated Certified Welder to join their dynamic team. As a Certified Welder, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the creation of high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and craftsmanship, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform quality welds on metal components based on company and industry standards + Operate hand tools, grinders, and sanders to smooth and finish metal parts + Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications accurately + Support general production tasks such as grinding, sanding, and welding metal components + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency •What's Needed?
  • + Valid welding certification required + Ability to pass pre-employment weld tests + Experience with MIG, TIG, or other welding processes preferred but not required - this is a great entry level role for someone recently certified! + Ability to read a tape measure accurately + Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
