Job Description
Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication projects. Operate various hand tools, power tools, Plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Perform MIG welding Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions on sheet metal and fabricated parts. Set up and operate rigging equipment and cranes for lifting heavy materials safely during assembly or installation. Fabricate structural steel and other metal assemblies in accordance with blueprints and schematics. Conduct quality inspections using hand tools and basic math skills to verify dimensions and weld integrity; document all fabrication activities thoroughly. Experience Background involving metal fabrication is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, plasma cutting, brake press, saw operation
