Welder (MIG/TIG) - Direct Hire | Omaha, NE | $25-$28/hr + Excellent Benefits We are hiring a Welder for one of our clients in Omaha. Pay & Benefits $25.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience) Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid vacation, personal time, and holidays Profit-sharing program Tuition reimbursement Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal components Work with aluminum and stainless steel materials Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Lay out, position, align, and fit parts for assembly Tack-weld, bolt, clamp, and assemble components Operate hand and power tools (grinders, impacts, etc.) Use cutting equipment such as plasma arc and acetylene torches Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy Repair and rework parts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines Qualifications 2-5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a fabrication environment Required experience with aluminum and stainless steel TIG welding Blueprint reading required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Welding certification or technical degree is a plus Work Environment Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, fumes, and moderate noise Physically active role (standing, lifting, climbing, kneeling) Requires precision, dexterity, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Quality-focused and safety-minded individuals Reliable team players with a strong work ethic Candidates who take pride in craftsmanship and accuracy Motivated individuals looking for long-term growth Pre-Employment Requirements Bring Hood and PPE for Test if chosen for an in-person interview Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screening If you're ready to take the next step in your welding career, apply today!
