Job Description
Position Summary Atlantic Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (AOSM) is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures to support our providers in delivering exceptional orthopedic care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to providing a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Accurately position patients to obtain optimal imaging while ensuring comfort and safety Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements Review images for quality and accuracy prior to submission to providers Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms Document procedures and patient information accurately in the EMR system Assist providers with clinical workflows as needed Ensure proper infection control and sterilization procedures are followed Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Support overall clinic operations and assist with patient flow as needed

Qualifications Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required State licensure as required (NH) BLS certification preferred 1+ year of experience in orthopedic or outpatient setting preferred (but not required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques Knowledge of radiation safety and protection standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable working directly with patients in a clinical setting Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods Ability to assist patients with positioning and mobility as needed Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally Work Environment Outpatient orthopedic practice setting Fast-paced, patient-centered environment Collaborative team culture focused on high-quality care Why Join AOSM Private Practice Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth with a rapidly expanding practice Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care across the Seacoast regionPay:
