In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into precise, high-quality components and assemblies. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and fabrication processes will be essential to delivering exceptional products that meet industry standards. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication specifications. Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure dimensional accuracy according to specifications. Conduct rigging, pipe threading, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly tasks as required for various projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Requirements Proficiency in

MIG, TIG

welding, FCAW, Strong ability to read blueprints Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Ability to operate forklifts or other lifting equipment safely; certification preferred but not required. Experience working with ASME codes & standards is a plus; construction site experience is highly valued.
