Job Description

We aren't a factory; we re a high-end architectural shop, and we re looking for a Shop Fabricator who actually likes to build things. If you re the person who can weld a frame in the morning, troubleshoot a CNC router after lunch, and finish a custom wood assembly before the whistle blows-we want to talk to you. We do custom work, which means every day is a different puzzle.
What you ll be doing:
Turning blueprints into reality using metal, wood, and specialized finishes. Operating the "heavy hitters": cold saws, table saws, and TIG/MIG rigs. Solving problems on the fly to make sure the final product looks like art.
salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

Perform cutting, grinding, and basic welding (MIG/TIG) for structural frames and decorative components.
Woodwork & Assembly:
Assist in the construction, sanding, and assembly of custom millwork and cabinetry.
Material Prep:
Safely operate shop machinery including table saws, band saws, drill presses, and cold saws.
Finishing:
Apply high-end finishes, including patinas, primers, or clear coats, ensuring a gallery-quality aesthetic.
Shop Logistics:
Assist with loading/unloading materials, crating finished products for shipment, and maintaining a clean, organized shop floor.
Problem Solving:
Interpret shop drawings and blueprints to execute projects with precision and minimal supervision.
