This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and modifying industrial rubber and metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, presses, and other shop machinery Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met Perform basic fitting, and assembly tasks as needed Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and gauges accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met Qualifications Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods For shift availability or further information regarding this position, please contact PLI Staffing at 216-440-6171.
