We're looking for a Metal Fabricator Apprentice who's ready to learn the trade and grow into a skilled craftsman.

Job Description As a Fabricator Apprentice , you'll work side by side with experienced metal fabricators and welders. You'll learn how to: Cut , grind , weld , and finishing metal parts and sign structures Read shop drawings and blueprints Use fabrication tools, welders, grinders, and other shop equipment safely Help assemble and install large metal signs and custom projects What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability — show up ready to work Enjoys working with hands, tools, and metal Willing to continue learning welding and fabrication skills Attention to detail and pride in good craftsmanship Can follow directions and work safely in a shop environment Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet most of the day Any experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding What We Offer Full Time Paid Holidays Paid Vacations Health Savings Plan Bonus Plan Overtime Pay Paid Training Tuition Reimbursement Why Work With Us At Signature Sign Company, you're not just punching a clock — you're building Cleveland landmarks .
