Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Mill Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Recovery. $$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$ (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace.
Working with manager to set repair priorities and follow through to see that necessary repairs are made. Performing all related preventative and corrective maintenance functions as assignedBeing willing to improve skills through training, off-site classes and attain certifications as needed
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday 6:00am-4:30pm with occasional Saturdays.STARTING HOURLY RATE
$24.15-$27.15 with a potential increase at 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this position.Job functions include:
