In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precision-engineered metal components and assemblies. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and fabrication processes will be essential to delivering high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced tools and machinery while adhering to safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints to determine fabrication specifications. Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Perform MIG and welding techniques with precision and adherence to ASME codes & standards. Accurately measure, mark out, cut and bend lines. Handle sheet metal fabrication Conduct quality inspections Material Handling Assist with assembly of fabricated parts into final products or structures following detailed instructions. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Strong ability to read blueprints accurately. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication quality assurance. Mechanical knowledge including machining operations, soldering, plasma cutting, and assembly processes. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Familiarity with manufacturing environments Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.

Pay:

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
