Your daily tasks will include:

Keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do Using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes on structural steel Reading and interpreting welding symbols, drawings, and blueprints Ensuring all work meets internal and industry quality standards (including AISC) Operating shop equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and cutting tools Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Shift Schedule:

Current hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Please note that shift times may adjust based on production needs. What We're Looking For If you're a skilled welder looking for a great opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! Candidates must have prior hands-on welding experience through employment or completion of a welding training program and be able to pass a weld test. Please submit your resume online demonstrating the following: High school diploma or GED (required) MIG welding experience through work experience or formal welding program (required) Welding certifications (AWS, CWB, or equivalent) are a big plus Experience welding with 1/16" solid wire and Argon/CO₂ shielding Commitment to quality and a strong work ethic Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented In addition, this position requires heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, grasping objects, and ability to see distance, up close, and in color.
