Full job description Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Pole Barn/Red Iron Erectors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and erection of pole barns and red iron structures, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site. Responsibilities Assemble and erect pole barn structures according to blueprints and specifications. Install red iron beams and columns with precision and care. Operate various construction equipment safely, including lifts and hand tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in steel erection or pole barn construction is preferred but not required. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication. Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery effectively. Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills through training opportunities. Text resume to 918-859-1317
