April 15, 2026 Job Summary We are seeking a Grinder / Shop Laborer for a foundry environment producing metal cast parts. This role involves grinding and finishing parts to tolerance, assisting with cleanup, and supporting foundry operations as needed. Training is available for entry-level candidates. Responsibilities Grind metal parts using belt and hand grinders Maintain accurate tolerances and part quality Assist with shop and plant cleanup Wear a loose-fitting respirator while grinding Support mold machines and other departments as needed Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable wearing PPE, including a respirator Able to work around industrial machinery and in a hot, loud environment General labor or production experience preferred; not required Work Environment Foundry/manufacturing setting with heavy equipment
Required PPE:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
