Full Job Description Plastic Fabricator Location:
Tigard, OR Pay:
$25-36 hr.

Monday-Friday Who We Are:
We are partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing company that specializes in custom fabrication and engineered solutions. This organization is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork. They are seeking an experienced Fabricator III to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality custom products.
What You'll Do:
Fabricate and assemble complex components to customer and engineering specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Perform plastic welding, bonding, cutting, routing, and finishing operations Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend solutions Utilize precision measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Assist with prototype builds and custom projects Mentor and support less experienced fabricators Maintain a clean and safe work environment What's In It for

Have:
3+ years of fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading skills Experience with plastic welding and fabrication techniques Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Musts:
Plastic fabrication and welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using precision measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred:
Experience with PVC, CPVC, HDPE, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PTFE, PEEK, or similar materials Experience with socket fusion and butt welding ISO manufacturing experience Previous leadership or mentoring experience Experience with prototype and custom fabrication work
