We focus on building strong, cohesive teamwork to achieve the future success of our company. We are looking for a TIG Welder to join our team in Allentown, PA . This role supports the Welding Department and is 100% in-office. 2nd

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements. Fit and TIG weld stainless steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings. Ensure work conforms to print and quality requirements. Follow production plans and required daily output requirements. Assists with material cutting and preparation as needed. Including sawing, grinding, and deburring. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Follow all safety rules and quality standards. Work together with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS NO CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Training through a certified training facility is a plus. Experience with stainless steel TIG welding preferred. Ability to lift to 50 pounds independently. must be able to stand, kneel, stoop. Ability to identify and measure material types and thicknesses. Ability to produce quality products consistently. Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form. Must be reliable with a strong work ethic. The position is full-time ; Monday-Friday. night Shift, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am with some overtime required on an as-needed basis.
