Structural Welder / Construction Crew Member Lapp Steel LLC - Gordonville, PA Learn a Trade. Build Something Real. Compensation & Benefits:

What You'll Be Doing Structural steel and metal roofing work Welding and fabrication assistance Operating hand and power tools Assisting with steel erection and construction projects Working safely as part of a crew on active jobsites Traveling to regional jobsites as needed This is physical, hands-on work where teamwork and reliability matter. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and hardworking mindset Ability to work well with a team Basic construction experience preferred Welding experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow jobsite safety protocols Valid driver's license preferred Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites

Preferred Experience:
