Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This position involves installing and repairing metal roofing systems on commercial and industrial job sites while working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install metal roofing panels, trim, and related components Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow project specifications and safety procedures Work at heights and in various weather conditions Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Roofing or construction experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Comfortable working at heights Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Valid driver's license preferred
