Bridge Welding Code standards. Experience Required 2+ years structural steel welding experience Current or prior AWS welding certifications preferred (D1.1 / D1.5) AISC fabrication shop experience preferred Strong focus on weld quality, accuracy, and safety Ability to work in a team-driven, safety-first environment Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities Weld bridge components using FCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAW in accordance with
