$28-31 Hour (Depending on experience) 1st
Shift Hours:
7:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM (Mon
  • Friday)
  • OVERTIME AVAILABLE
  • NO Drug Test
  • NO Background Welder
  • Must have experience in TIG and Flux Core Welding
  • May have to lift up to 50lbs
JOB DESCRIPTION
Blue print reading knowledge for structural steel. Should also have a welding back ground flux core welding. LOCATION
> welding on various materials including sheet metal, ductwork, and piping according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure precise fabrication. Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment efficiently. Conduct rigging, assembly, and mechanical tasks related to structural steel, pipe threading, and ductwork installation. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport materials within the worksite. Measure components with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to meet exact specifications. Follow ASME codes & standards for welding quality assurance and safety compliance. Support fabrication tasks by using schematics for assembly and ensuring adherence to project timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on construction sites or manufacturing floors to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on welding activities. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, <

> welding techniques; certification preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding practices. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations involved in fabrication tasks. Mechanical knowledge of rigging, pipe threading, machining processes, soldering, and assembly procedures. Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong safety awareness with adherence to OSHA regulations or equivalent safety standards.
