Job Description
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus on select positions!! Overview We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques, particularly MIG welding, and will be responsible for fabricating steel components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday-Wednesday and must be able work overtime when needed. Can earn $33.25 per hour if achieving monthly production goals. $2,500 Sign-On Bonus on select positions!! Responsibilities Assemble and build metal components using MIG welding techniques. Perform stick welding as needed for various projects. Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives. Skills Strong welding skills, particularly in MIG welding techniques. Ability to use various power tools effectively in a construction environment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to projects. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
