Sheet Metal Worker Level One

Phase Technologies is looking for a Level One Sheet Metal Operator to join our Sheet Metal Shop team! The shift is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. indoors in a clean and safe environment on the job training is provided! At Phase Technologies we pride ourselves on knowing our employees and providing room for improvement, promotion and/or advancement . We are a larger company with 160 employees but like to try to maintain a small company feel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Operating equipment, including but not limited to turret punch, press brake, insertion press, powder coating, press-brakes, shears and cutting tables. Operate various types of welding machines and supporting hand tools. Helping run the powder coat line.

SKILLS UTILIZED MIG

Welding Use of Power Tools and Manual/Analog Tools Touch Screen Monitors

EXERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

Experience in powder-coating Experience in welding Experience in working with other sheet metal-related equipment

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. Ability to sit, stand or walk for 7 - 8 hours per day
