Job Title:

Metal Fabricator Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator responsible for producing high-quality metal components through fabrication, cutting, and welding processes. This role requires experience with fiber laser cutting, MIG welding, laser welding, and press brake setup to support production efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Operate fiber laser cutting equipment to cut metal materials according to specifications and production requirements Perform MIG welding on various metals, ensuring strong, clean, and precise welds Set up and operate press brake (brake press) machines for bending and forming metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Required Qualifications Experience operating fiber laser cutting machines Proficient in MIG welding techniques Hands-on experience with press brake setup and operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication processes Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, heat, and machinery Use of required PPE at all times For more information or to schedule an interview, you can call/text us at 931-303-0026!
