• $30 per hour (Based on Experience) Background / Drug No background check Drug screen required (THC not disqualifying) We are hiring Steel Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team.

This is not a welding position . The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, laying out and fitting metal components, and working with fabrication tools in a shop environment. Candidates with fabrication, fitting, carpentry, framing, metalworking, structural steel, manufacturing, or industrial construction experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Lay out, fit, and prepare steel components for production Measure and verify material dimensions using precision measuring tools Operate overhead cranes to move materials safely Use grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment Perform material preparation and fit-up operations Inspect work to ensure dimensional accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow production schedules and quality standards Requirements Experience reading blueprints required Fabrication or fitting experience strongly preferred Experience using measuring tools and layout equipment Experience operating overhead cranes preferred Ability to safely use grinders, torches, and common fabrication tools Shop or manufacturing environment experience preferred Carpentry, framing, woodworking, or similar hands-on trade experience will be considered Ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials throughout the shift Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn If you enjoy hands-on work, can read blueprints, and want to build a career in metal fabrication, apply today.
