Full Job Description Job Title:
Sheet Metal Worker Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a skilled and dependable Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal products and components. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read measurements and blueprints, and safely operate hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal materials Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components according to specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, shears, brakes, grinders, and other fabrication equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Install and secure sheet metal parts and systems as needed Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, Fabricator, or related role preferred Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings Experience using fabrication equipment and hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
