Ready for Adventure? Join the Skeeter team and help build fun. We are seeking a Metal Fabricator to join the dedicated team that builds our trailers.
JOB SUMMARY
Position is required to maintain the production of Steel Trailers
JOB DUTIES
Construct and fabricate steel boat trailers Welding Certification required Ensure parts are correct to build product Build jigs and fixtures of all sizes and shapes required in production operation Build all steel trailers per engineering Blue Prints and Drawings Versatile in Depts. 7000 7010 7020 Assist R&D with welding and fabricating tasks. Maintain a clean work area Any other duties assigned
QUALIFACTIONS
Be able to operate metal working equipment Mig Welder Stick Welder Cutting Torch Metal Cutting Saws Bending and Fabricating Equipment Plasma Cutter Electric Hoists Other Various Tools for Metal Working Fabricate jigs, trailers and small parts for trailers Read tape measure and level Work flexible hours if needed Lift 75+/- lbs. Work in heat Manual dexterity Good quality habits Good attendance habits Follow instructions accurately Complete work in a timely manner
