  • Primoris Energy Services, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking experienced Rodbusters in Sherman, Texas, to assemble and install reinforcing steel bars (rebar) in concrete forms. This role is crucial for ensuring the structural integrity of various construction projects. Job Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine rebar placement and size.
  • Cut, bend, and tie rebar according to specifications using hand and power tools.
  • Position and secure rebar in concrete forms using wire, clips, and other fasteners.
  • Inspect rebar installations for accuracy, proper spacing, and secure connections.
  • Work safely and efficiently at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other construction team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Rodbuster or similar construction trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in using rebar cutting, bending, and tying tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Sherman, Texas area.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
