Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated Structural Fabricators and Fitters to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing structural components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical assembly will ensure the delivery of high-quality structures that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced fabrication techniques and power tools to bring designs to life on-site and in the workshop. Duties Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate structural components. Use various hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal, ductwork, and structural steel. Perform

LOCATION
> welding, Soldering, and other welding techniques to join metal parts securely according to ASME codes & standards. Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills to ensure accurate fabrication dimensions. Operate cranes and rigging equipment safely during lifting and positioning of heavy components on construction sites or in manufacturing facilities. Conduct pipe threading, machining, and assembly of structural elements while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently while following safety guidelines at all times. Experience Proven construction site experience with a solid understanding of fabrication processes in industrial or commercial settings. Hands-on experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW, plasma cutting, press brake operation, and sheet metal fabrication. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical drawings is essential. Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and specialized machinery such as pipe threading machines or machining centers. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to welding and fabrication practices is highly desirable. Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication tasks.
