This position will be a hands on position working an an industrial environment. This role is working in a physical environment where you will standing long periods of time. This is not a sit down heavy operator position. The ideally candidate is someone who has been in manufacturing in the past. This is a 1st shift temp to hire opportunity!

OT Overview:

This site supplies rebar for the construction industry. It is a very industrial, heavy equipment operation. The work environment is very industrial and this position requires someone who is comfortable working in a physical environment.

Description:

This is an industrial overhead crane operator, this is not a sit-down heavy equipment operation position. Usually that skillset does not work out. You will be operating two cranes: 10 Ton (inside track) and a 7.5 Ton (outside track). Experience with loading/offloading, understanding of scheduling/location placement, inventory tracking, etc. This position will require a strong willed person, who is comfortable with standing for long periods of time, large machinery and heavy industrial material movement. Experience with metals fab and heavy construction environments is a plus.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
