Rebar Fabrication Associate Location:
Lindon We are currently seeking experienced associates to join our fabrication team. This position is responsible for operating rebar fabrication equipment and handling materials in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate rebar fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging equipment, and welders Load fabricated rebar onto trailers Unload stock materials from trailers Assist with general cleanup and warehouse duties Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety programs Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of rebar fabrication or similar trade experience Understanding of construction and rebar terminology Ability to safely operate fabrication equipment without supervision Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible schedule availability High School Diploma preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, climb, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
