About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our high-output production team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SMAW and GMAW processes to construct durable industrial components, ensuring every weld meets rigorous structural integrity standards. Responsibilities Execute high-quality stick and MIG welding tasks to support large-scale production goals. Transform raw materials into finished industrial assemblies through precise fabrication techniques. Optimize material preparation by performing accurate cutting, grinding, and surface finishing. Translate complex blueprints and technical schematics into functional metal structures. Uphold a culture of safety and excellence by maintaining strict adherence to quality control protocols. Collaborate with the production team to ensure project timelines are met with consistent output quality. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in stick welding techniques within a professional setting. Advanced ability to interpret and execute work based on detailed blueprints and shop drawings. Proven track record in metal fabrication and component finishing. Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational precision. Preferred Skills Experience with MIG welding processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
