Welder/Iron Worker

Ironworker/welder. AWS or equivalent certification preferred, or capable of passing examination for

SMAW 3G & 4G.

Prefer experience and knowledge with construction and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings and knowledge of general construction process from start to finish. This includes but not limited to: Iron work, sheet metal work, rigging experience, experience with a variety of construction equipment and tools, ability to work above ground 20' or higher, must understand and be able to properly use Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platforms. Candidate should have the ability to read and interpret drawings and welding symbols, work under minimal supervision, capable to meet construction deadlines, able to follow direction from foreman, attend onsite safety meetings, able to work in a team environment, ensure onsite safety standards are met, and ability to work efficiently. The preferable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with pre-engineered metal buildings or structural steel.

OSHA 10 HR

certification also preferred.
