Position:
Fabtek is looking to hire a unique/cross-functional metal fabrication position; one where a candidate will move around the shop to a variety of tasks, including: Assembly
  • fabricate parts and assemble our products Bending
  • operating our metal bender to bend extrusions Machining
  • assisting the lead machinist on lathes and mills The position reports to our Plant Supervisor and is immediately available We are in Arlington, WA

Arlington Airport Work Schedules:
Fabtek has an early work schedule that allows for open afternoons and better commuting hours We work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Metal working experience, ideally 3+ years Prior experience in Assembly / Bending / Machining Excellent tape measure and math skills Disciplined, self-motivated and organized Punctual, professional ethics and positive attitude Ability to work overtime when required Authorized to work in the
United States Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Frequent walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching Work around machinery with moving parts Work around metal cuts offs and particulates related to cutting, grinding, and fabricating metal Work in varying temperatures and reasonable noise levels Fabtek will provide the proper safety gear & work area
