Join the Team That Builds Boats with a Purpose From fire/rescue craft to research vessels, high‑speed patrol boats, and USCG‑certified passenger boats, Munson Boats fabricates welded aluminum vessels trusted worldwide. Work in a clean, safe, and highly organized facility with radiant floor heat and a two‑plus‑year backlog of sold projects. What You'll Tackle Aluminum welding with exceptional structural integrity and clean aesthetics Fabrication and assembly of hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and critical components Blueprint, schematic, and technical drawing interpretation Tight‑tolerance fit‑ups and method‑correct weld sequencing Worksite organization and maintenance of shop cleanliness Coordinated build execution within a 3-4 person crew led by a supervisor How We Work In‑house design and CNC router cutting informed by years of geometry and standardization Structured processes in a modern, well‑equipped environment Consistent, year‑round workload backed by a strong project pipeline Your Schedule Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts, Monday-Thursday. Enjoy a three‑day weekend—every week.
