ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    ASME Code Work:
    Perform Stick (SMAW), Subarc (SAW), and Dual Shield (FCAW) welding on stainless steel, and mild steel, and adhere to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX standards for all procedures and qualifications
      Fabrication:
      Fit, align, and assemble large fabricated parts such as ice machines and pressure vessels from blue prints.
        Equipment Operation:
        Proficiently use grinders, cutting torches (oxygen/propane), plasma cutters, and air arc equipment.
          Quality Assurance:
          Ensure welds pass visual inspections and X-ray testing.
            General:
            Maintain a clean, organized work area; comply with all safety regulations.
            EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
            • High school graduate or GED.
            • 1+ years of experience in structural steel or pressure vessel fabrication (ASME experience preferred).
            • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols.
            WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
            • Must pass in-house weld testing, ASME standards, X-ray quality.
            • Capable of standing continuously, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
            • Comfortable working in confined spaces or at heights.
            • Must join union within 30 days of employment.
            Pay:
            $29.00
