We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Fabricator for a leader in manufacturing in Spokane Valley WA. Candidates with experience working with carbon steel and exotic metals are highly encouraged to apply Apply today! Compensation for the TIG Fabricator

• Monday
• Thursday 10 hr shifts
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid non-working holidays, up to 8% retirement contribution, annual bonus program, profit sharing Responsibilities of the TIG Fabricator
• Perform TIG (GTAW) and

MIG/FCAW

welding using advanced welding processes.

• Fabricate components through cutting, burning, straightening, fitting, and welding of various metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Execute work in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and related welding documentation.
• Ensure weld quality and compliance with Nuclear Quality Assurance standards.
• Receive work orders, prints, and instructions; plan work procedures, tooling, and material requirements.
• Complete weld records, quality verifications, weld mapping, and traceability documentation on complex weldments.
• Document work processes and production progress accurately.
• Utilize calibrated precision measuring tools, including Faro Arm equipment, to verify tolerances.
• Maintain basic daily usage of MRP systems.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Mentor team members in welding procedures, technical documentation, and quality standards.
• Support production goals, including overtime work when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements of the TIG Fabricator
• Associate degree in Welding Technology may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
• Accredited trade or vocational welding certificate may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in TIG Welding (GTAW) and

GMAW/MIG/FCAW

welding processes.

• Minimum of five (5) years of welding experience or demonstrated equivalent proficiency through certification testing.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and understand tolerances, fit-up requirements, and process controls.
• Experience working with stainless steel fabrication.
