Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precision metal components and assemblies, ensuring adherence to strict safety standards and quality specifications. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and fabrication processes will be essential to delivering the quality of products we provide for diverse industrial applications including: blacksmithing, commercial construction, and structural packages. The majority of our work is performed in shop. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. •This is not an entry level position. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate metal components. Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble metal parts. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

> welding with precision to meet project specifications. Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality control. Maintain detailed documentation of work processes, inspection reports, and compliance records in accordance with industry standards. Assist with construction site tasks as needed, including crane operation and forklift handling for material movement. Experience Proven (5+ years) fabrication experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols. Extensive hands-on experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding, <

> welding. Certification(s) often required. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and math skills for precise fabrication work. Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and specialized fabrication equipment. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards relevant to metal fabrication and welding practices. Pay Rate Depends upon experience and certification(s). This site requires only numbers in the pay fields. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions. We work on government jobs in which case prevailing wage rates are paid (often $40-70+/hr. for journeyman welder depending upon agency), while not guaranteed, they are part of the job and paid accordingly.
