Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm Milwaukee, WI Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description As a Bench Worker, you will operate hand tools such as grinders, sanding equipment, drills, and utilize overhead cranes. Experience with torch cutting in a precision machining environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Experience with sanding equipment, good with hand tools. Able to assemble and disassemble bearings (will train) Experience with hand drills, die grinders, and various deburr tools Able to run an overhead crane. We will train a suitable person.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have 2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment. Must be mechanically inclined Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers. Able to lift 40lbs and stand for 8 hours a day, and bend. Good hand eye coordination
